Subscribe to our NewsletterOnline signups will open on March 1st. We are using a new system this season and you will need to make a profile online to be able to sign up your child. This is so we can use the website to its fullest and it will give you the option to be able to sign up for email and text alerts from us about meetings, practices, game scores, and so much more. We are hoping this will help everyone with the problem of information not getting out to everyone.
Please note that when you fill out your signup form it will say awaiting payment and you can't do anything really after that page comes up. We aren't doing online payments only in-person payments. If you see that page that says awaiting payments we DO have your signup forms. Once you have paid in person before the due date we will update it on your end and it will show up for you within 72 hours from our testing that you have paid. We will mark your printed-off form for us to see that you have paid to update it online as well.
Payments are due before equipment is handed out. We have not kept to this but we will be this season. If you are on a payment plan we will need a minimum of half of the total for any kids to receive equipment this season. For anyone on a payment plan, full payment MUST be made by preview or your child will not play.
